Cora A. Wulff, 81, Mondovi, died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 1993, at Buffalo Medical Center in Mondovi,
She was born Aug 7, 1911, in Pepin County, to Edward and Mary (Anderson) Olson. She graduated from Mondovi High School and Alma Normal School. She married Martin Wulff Oct. 29, 1932, in Mondovi. She and her husband farmed in town of Naples, rural Mondovi, all of their married life. She taught school in Town of Albany School, the Urne School, Norden School, and she substituted in the Mondovi School System. She was a member of Central Lutheran Church, past Sunday School Superintendent, past president of Central Lutheran Ladies Aid, and also served on the church council. Cora loved her church, loved teaching, and loved raising flowers, in that order.
Survivors include her husband, Martin of Mondovi; five sons, Robert (Carol) and Rodger (Judy), both of Durand, Kenneth (Linda) and Bruce (Barbara), both of Mondovi, Joseph (Joan) of Eau Claire; 17 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Raymond (Selena) Olson of Menomonie; a sister, Jessie Clark of Ladysmith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Arnold Olson, Harry Olson and Shirley Olson; two sisters, Myrtle and Selma.
Funeral services will be at 11a.m. Friday, Aug. 6, at Central Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Mark Molldrem officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Lutheran Cemetery, both in Mondovi.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 5, at Kjentvet & Smith Funeral Home, Mondovi, and from 9 a.m. until time of services at the church Friday.
