WEDNESDAY EVENING, OCTOBER 6, 1965 -Funeral services will be held tomorrow for Joseph D. Gordon of 12 Mountain St., Whitehall, who died Monday in Glens Falls Hospital following a long illness. Before his retirement, Mr. Gordon was employed for 48 years by the Delaware ft Hudson Railroad. He was a member of Notre Dame des Victoires Church and St. Joseph's Society of the church. Survivors include his widow, Armenia; three sons, Howard Gordon of Schenectady, Donald Gordon of Rockledge, Fla., and Joseph Gordon of Whitehall; five daughters, Mrs. Margaret Aubin. Mrs. Lorraine Allaire, Mrs. Veronica Gebo, all of Whitehall, Mrs. Bertha De Larm of Hague, and Mrs. Eleanor Anthony of Schenectady; one brother, Leon Gordon of Whitehall; two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Aikens and Mrs. Etta La Rose, both of Whitehall; 28 grandchildren and two great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. at Notre Dame des Victoires Church. Interment will be in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Whitehall.
