Mrs. Ring was born on April 24, 1920 in Seaverton, NY, daughter of Roger A. Carley and Ella M. Roberts. She graduated from Adams Center High School in 1938.
She married Donald G. Ring (1920-2005) of Watertown on April 24, 1943. The couple operated a dairy farm in the Town of Pamelia from 1945-1979, until retiring.
She was a charter member of Fellowship Baptist Church and very active in both church and community activities such as 4-H and Home Bureau over the years.
Surviving her are son Donald G. Ring Jr. and wife Bonnie of Watertown; daughter and son-in- law, Marilyn and Daniel Geiger of North Carolina; 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Burial will take place at the Honeyville Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
A memorial service will be held at Fellowship Baptist Church at 20886 State Route 3, Watertown, NY on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 11:00.
