Patricia A. Surbey, age 82, of Navarre, Ohio passed away Thursday July 11, 2013 at Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio. She was born in Somerset, PA August 13, 1930 daughter to the late Earl and Mabel (Younkin) Jackson. Her first husband, Alonzo Scarlett died in 1987. Patty was a member of Fohl Memorial United Methodist Church in Navarre. She leaves behind her devoted husband, Elden L. Surbey of Navarre; three step-daughters; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; her brother, Robert (Eloise) Jackson of Pittsburgh, PA; and 2 nieces.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday July 15 at Fohl Memorial United Methodist Church in Navarre, Pastor Dave West officiating. Visitation will be Monday at the church from 11 a.m. to service time at 1 p.m. Burial will be Noon Tuesday July 16 in Christ Lutheran Cemetery in Chalk Hill, PA.
