Sadie A. Tinkey Eutsey Locke, 84, of 777 Allyn St., Akron, Ohio, formerly of Somerset, died Jan. 31, 1987, in the Akron General Medical Center, Akron. Born born Nov. 2, 1902, in Scullton, the daughter of the late Samuel H. and Ida F. (Pyle) Tinkey, she was a resident of the Somerset area before moving to Akron. She was a member of the Daughters of America No. 296 in Akron, and a member of the Concordia Lutheran Church in Akron. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Albert (Florence) Ruttig, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren; a brother: Ralph Tinkey Sr. of Rockwood; four sisters: Mrs. Bertha Durst of Somerset; Mrs. Virginia Crooks of Poland, Ohio; Mrs. Jean Kenley of Akron; and Mrs. Orpha Myers of Jerusalem, Ohio. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Dewey J. Eutsey; her second husband, Walter H. Locke; and a son, Charles Eutsey. Friends will be received 2-4 p.m. Monday, the hour of the service, at the Clyde Brooks Funeral Home Inc., Route 711, Melcroft, Pa., with the Rev. Ralph Tinkey Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Eutsey Cemetery in White, Pa.
