Jerry Wayne Jeffery, 69, passed away on February 10, 2012 in North Richland Hills.

Service: Visitation will be from 6 to 8 pm, Monday, February 13 at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel, Rufe Snow Drive in N. Richland Hills. Graveside service will be 10:15 am, Tuesday, February 14 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. A memorial service will follow at 2:30 pm, Tuesday at the Alliance United Methodist Church, 7904 Park Vista Blvd., Ft. Worth, TX 76137.

Jerry was born on April 12, 1942 in Bogata, Texas to the late Earnest Taylor Jeffery and Essie Pearl Tollison Jeffery. He served in the United States Air Force for 4 years during the Vietnam War. He was attending the National Theater when it was bombed. He married Frances Robinson Dickson Jeffery on June 5, 1969. Jerry retired from Bell Helicopter where he was employed as a clerk typist. Jerry absolutely loved his family and will be dearly missed by his many loved ones and friends.
He was preceded in death by his brothers: Lyndell (Pee Wee) Jeffery and James Jeffery; and his sisters: Dorothy Jones and Rose Marie Ivey.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Frances Jeffery; sons: Gordon Jeffery and wife Connie of North Richland Hills, Texas, Karl Jeffery of Austin, Texas and Keith Dickson and wife Jamie of Katy; daughters: Virginia Jansen and husband Danny of Rocky Comfort, Missouri, and Mary Mabry and husband Terry of Bedford, Texas; grandsons: Blake Jeffery, Ryan Jeffery, D.J. Jansen, and Brandon Hornbeck and wife Toni; granddaughters: Jadyn Jeffery, Madison Mabry, Abby Jansen, Bri Jansen, Brady Dickson Wolf, Maura Fortner and; sister, Estelle Smith of Sugarland, Texas; brother, Wallace Jeffery and wife Marilyn of Cleburne, Texas; 7 nephews; and 4 nieces.
