Doris Marie Staley, 88, of Bloomington, IN passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2012. She was born May 2, 1923 in Monroe County, Indiana the daughter of the late Clem and Maggie McGuire Barrow.

Doris was a member of New Unionville Baptist Church and a member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed shopping, reading, working on cross-word puzzles, and spending time with family and friends. She will be deeply missed.

Doris is survived by her daughter, Pamela Cradic; her two sons, Terry and Bruce Staley; four grandchildren, Alex Staley, Daniel, Heather, and Amanda Cradic; sister-in-laws, Audrey and Roxie; and many other beloved family members.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Aden Dale Staley, her infant daughter Diana Staley; and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services to celebrate her life were held at Day Funeral Home.

Interment followed at Little Union Cemetery in Unionville, IN.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association or to the American Cancer Society.
