Huetta L. Breshears - 1928 - 2011

Huetta L. Breshears, age 83, formerly of Cross Timbers, Missouri, passed away Friday, November 11, 2011 at the Parkview Healthcare Center in Bolivar, MO. She was born on August 11, 1928, in Holden, Missouri, the daughter of High Ervin and Goldie Maria Armbruster Newell.

She grew up in Cross Timbers, Missouri and in 1944 moved with her family to Independence, Missouri.

On May 4, 1946, she was united in marriage to Everett Dean Breshears at Warsaw, MO. They made their home in Cross Timbers for a short time, moving to Independence, MO. Unto this union, three sons and three daughters were born.

At the age of 10, Huetta was baptized and joined the Oak Grove Community of Christ Church. She enjoyed quilting, genealogy, playing bingo and jewelry making.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Dean, in 1998, twin sons, Larry and Harry died in infancy and a brother, Fred Newell in 1986.

Surviving is one son, Lonnie Breshears, of Bolivar, MO, three daughters, Betty Jackson of Hermitage, Carolyn Sue Herrick of Bolivar and Donna Breshears of Hermitage, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren with one on the way, and a sister, Nadine Coleman of Holden, MO, other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be at 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, November 15, 2011, at Cross Timbers Cemetery in Cross Timbers, Missouri, with Rev. Walter Admire officiating. Arrangements under the direction of the Reser Funeral Home, Warsaw, MO.
