Marie V. 'Babe' (Drogowski) Twardy, 89, of the West End, died Thursday, February 9, 2012. Wife of the late Raymond S. Twardy; mother of Joseph R. (Judy) and the late Richie Twardy; grandmother of Jeffrey M. (Andrea), Jason R. (Amanda) and Justin R. (Janiene) Twardy; proud Babcia of Stephanie, Sydney and Ethan; sister of Raymond Drogowski, Dolores Crowe and the late Edward Drogowski. Staab Funeral Home, 900 Chartiers Ave., Pittsburgh. Interment, St. Adalbert Cemetery.
