CLYDE -- Clara Lucille Breeding, 83, died Wednesday March 3, 2004 at an Abilene hospital. Services will be Saturday March 6, 2004 at 2 p.m. at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend H.B. Terry, Jr. officiating with burial in the Oplin Cemetery, under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home.

Mrs. Breeding was born January 12, 1921 in Oplin, Tx. to Sidney and Tina Bartlett Harville. She was a lifelong resident of the Abilene area. She attended school at Oplin. She married Clarence Breeding on October 26, 1935 at Lawn. She was a homemaker and a member of the Oplin Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband Clarence of Oplin; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Shirley and Jack Landers of Oplin, Patricia and Richard Fox of Mt. Vernon, and Dorothy Babe of Abilene; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Adilene and Henry Settle of Big Lake, and Lillian McGown of Weatherford; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son-in-law, Robert "Bob" Babe; one brother Shelby Harville; two sisters, Velma Armor and Flora Mae McIntyre.

Visitation will be Friday evening from 6-7:30 p.m. at Bailey Funeral Home.
