Lucinda was born in Kentucky, moving to Taney County, Missouri with her family sometime between 1905 and 1910. Her mother and some of her siblings were living in Mineral WA at the time of the 1920 census. I haven't located a record for Lucinda yet. She was living in Mineral in 1930 with her second husband, General Scalf. In 1940, they were living in Port Angeles. She was living in Port Townsend at the time of her death.
