"Frances P. Jenks, 86, Spring Township, died Dec. 5 in Ephrata Community Hospital.
Her husband, Frederick J. Jenks Sr., died March 10, 1998.
Born in Chester County, she was a daughter of the late Claude and Anna (Swift) McComsey.
Jenks was employed for many years by the Bollman Hat Co., Adamstown, until her retirement.
Surviving is a son, Raymond F., Sinking Spring.
Other survivors include 23 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by two sons, Richard and Frederick J. Jenks Jr., and two daughters, Frances (Jenks) Shimp and Virginia (Jenks) Wade.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. in the Roseboro Funeral Home, Denver, Lancaster County. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Adamstown."
