"1925 While Charles Stecker in Delaware was driving a circular wood saw with his automobile engine at his property one day recently, the cast iron flywheel on the saw broke. No one was injured but a piece of the wheel flew through the air a distance of several hundred feet, can came down through the top of the garage of L I Dietrich smashing through the top of John Bosley's car."

Mr Dietrich built the house himself in 1898 and it has always been kept in good repair, will all modern improvements.
The Dietrichs kept summer boarders for many years.
THe new owners, Mr and Mrs Henry Meyer of Long Island, middle aged intend to rent out rooms.
Mr Dietrich will hold an auction on Wednesday may 7.

Mr Dietrich and the Kanes were on their way to Scranton to visit relatives.
