Graveside services for Mrs. Callie Maranda Asquith, 95, of Livingston, will be conducted at 10 a.m. EST Thursday, Dec. 13 at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Detroit, MI.

Mrs. Asquith died Sunday, Dec. 9 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She worked for Chrysler, later retired from Woods Barber Shop in Detroit, MI, and was a member of Jefferson Avenue Church of Christ.

Born December 17, 1911, in Livingston, she was the daughter of the late Hilary and Sallie (Swift) Langford. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Asquith; 4 brothers, Rufus Langford, Elmer Langford, Bluford Langford, and Waymon Langford; 3 sisters, Nettie Little, Daisy Glasscock, and Alpha Wilmoth; 2 nephews; and 3 nieces.

Survivors include a brother, Lannie Langford of Algood; and several nephews and nieces.
