Charlsie Anderson Phillips, 91, of Ontario, Ore., formerly of Greene County, died Jan. 14 at Presbyterian Community Center in Ontario.

Survivors include a son: Billy Jack Phillips of Parma, Idaho; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was the widow of John M. Phillips, who died in 1955, and was preceded in death by three sisters: Blanche Anderson Phillips, Zelma Anderson Hall, and Pearl Anderson Phillips; and three brothers: Kyle Anderson, Hubert Anderson, and Clyde Anderson.

A memorial service will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at Kiser Funeral Home, Bulls Gap Chapel, with interment in Bethesda Cemetery in Hamblen County. The Rev. Charles Day will officiate.
