Services Held for Baby Sharon Kay Davis

Sharon Kay Davis, daughter of Katherine and Paul Davis, was born at Montrose, Mo., March 21, 1943 and died August 2, 1944, being at the time of her death only one year, four months and seven days old.

She was a frail child, having been born with a heart structural ailment. Though she suffered much, she always had a ready smile.

She leaves to mourn her death, her father now in the army, her mother, a brother and sister; two sets of grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Neail Miller of Montrose and Mr. and Mrs. Harlow Davis of Sedalia; one great-grandmother, Mrs. Kate Allen of Urich and other relatives.

Services were conducted from the Montrose Methodist Church, Friday afternoon, Aug. 4, conducted by Rev. G. A. Moss of Appleton City, assisted by Rev. Yoast, pastor.

Burial was made in White Oak Cemetery under direction of Frank Lee Funeral Home.
