She had the following siblings: William Shorey Dayunita, Mary, Daniel Ross, Elizabeth, Letitia, Maria Ross, Flora, and Joseph McDonald Coody.

Louisa married on 27 Dec 1837, Frederick Augustus Kerr (buried at Citizens).**See his gravesite for their children.
