Littleton-Frank R Ryder, 61, died Friday night at 8:45 at his home near here after a two month illness. He was a civil engineer. Surviving are his widow, Mrs Lucy Alston Ryder; three sons, David and Frank Ryder, Jr., of the home and Quinton Ryder of Germany; three daughters, Mrs. S A Young of Petersburg, Va., Mrs Robert E Wilson, Colonial Heights, Va., and Annie Ruth Ryder of the home; six grandchildren; one brother Herbert S Ryder of Wellsville, Va. Funeral services will be held at the Presbyterian Church here Monday at 2 p.m. conducted by a former pastor, the Rev W F F Little, assisted by the Rev Baxcom Hurley of the Methodist Church of Littleton. Interment will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery here.
