KINGSVILLE - David Lee Ayers, a former constable for Precinct 1 in Kleberg County, died June 11, 2005. He was 65.

Survivors include a daughter, Andrea Fore of Granbury; his mother, Minnie Pearl Trant Weeks of Granbury; and a grandchild.

Services will be at 10 a.m. June 15 at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary. Burial will be in Chamberlain Cemetery.
