Gerald A. Wisner, 73, of Madison passed away Thursday, February 2, 2012 at Huntsville Hospital. Mr. Wisner was born June 3, 1938 in Ft. Payne, Alabama to Andrew and Maggie Greenwood Wisner. Mr. Wisner is survived by his wife, Adell Wisner, of Madison; his son, Andy Wisner and daughter-in-law, Vicki, of Madison; his daughter, Anita Homsley and her husband, Tom, of Madison; brother Donald Wisner of Rainsville, Alabama; three sisters Peggy Salg of Atlanta, Georgia, Faye Hunter of Atlanta, Georgia and Glenda Cargle of Rainsville, Alabama; two granddaughters Roxi Wisner and Lauren Haynes both of Madison. Funeral service will be Sunday, February 5, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Madison Chapel Funeral Home with Pastor Eric Swinney officiating. Burial will follow at Huntsville Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Madison Chapel Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at ww.madisonchapelfuneral-home.com. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations go to whoever runs against Barrack Obama.
