Martha "Marty" Irish, 74, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 31, 2012. At her request, no formal funeral services will be held; however, a Celebration of Life will
be held at a later date.
Martha was born on November 11, 1937 in Pleasant Grove, TX, to Jake and Nadine Bean, and grew up in Brady, TX where she graduated valedictorian of her class at Brady High School in 1956. She married her high school sweetheart, Earl Irish, on June 2, 1956, and they remained happily married for 55 years. She graduated from Baylor University in 1970, and retired from K-Mart in 1999.
Martha is survived by her husband Earl Irish; her children David Irish of Gun Barrel City, TX, and Adrian Irish and wife Debbie of Florence, MT; grandchildren Logan Irish and Lindsey Irish, also of Florence, MT; Two sisters Sue Adams of Lake Whitney, TX, Nancy New of Mesa, AZ, and brother Fritz Otte of Monterrey Mexico.; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
