Richard Claymon Arbogast, 73, of Rt. 4, Weston, died at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, February 12, in Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital. He was born May 13, 1904, in Lewis County, a son of the late James and Ida Gaines Arbogast. In June of 1936 in Weston he was married to Laura Riffle, who survives, along with one son, Ernest Riffle, Alum Fork, and one daughter, Mrs. Archie (Agness) Riddle, Rt. 4, Weston; one sister, Mrs. Goldie Hartley; four brothers, Donzel Arbogast, Alum Fork, Thomas and William Arbogast of Clarksburg, and Albert Arbogast, Weston; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mr. Arbogast was a retired farmer and a member of the Bell's Mills United Methodist Church.
