Funeral Services–Held for Daughter of Pioneer In County.
Funeral services for Mrs. Minerva Smith, aged 89, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ed. Cunningham, in Grassy Fork township, Monday morning, were held Wednesday morning at the russell Chapel Methodist Church, with burial in Fairview Cemetery in Brownstown.
Mrs. Smith was the daughter of Galletin Downing, a pioneer settler in this county. She was a former resident of Brownstown. She is survived by one son, Albert Smith.
