Donald Reece passed away on January 20, 2011, with his family by his side.

He was born in Sand Springs, Oklahoma in 1929 to Calvin Reece and Opal Stephens Reece. Donald spent his career in the advertising industry, but was most proud of the job he had during retirement. He lovingly gave his retirement to our future as a school crossing guard in the Garland area for the Richardson Independent School District.

Donald is now with his parents, his wife of 42 years, Patricia Sue, and his son, Donald Gene. He is survived by his sons, Terry Layne Reece, Gary Alan Reece, and Jerry Wayne Reece & wife Lisa Edington Reece. Also survives, is brother, Harold Melvin "Buddy" Reece and grandchildren Marshall Allen Reece and Michelle Susanne Reece.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 300 p.m. at Grace Presbyterian Church of Plano, 4300 W. Park Boulevard, Plano, Texas 75093, with Pastor Bryan Stamper officiating.
