Maurice E. Anderson, age 73 of Elliott who was employed in Chicago for nearly 40 years before his retirement, died Monday July, 20, 1992 at Gibson Community Hospital. His funeral will be Wednesday at Lamb Funeral Home, Gibson City with the Rev. Dane Meuschke officiating; burial will be in Elliott Cemetery.
Mr. Anderson was born May 16, 1919 at Elliott, a son of Laurence K. and Agnes Carlson Anderson. He married Helen L. Krueger on Sept. 5, 1943 at Louisiana, MO.; she survives. Other survivors include two sons, David Anderson of Chicago and Duane Anderson of Elliott and one brother, Gayle Anderson of Elliott.
