Lincoln County Hospital after an extended illness. He was 82.
The funeral was Friday morning at Gallant Funeral Home, followed by burial in
Mulberry Cemetery.
Mr. Faulkner was a native of Lincoln County, son of the late Pressley Overton and
Ella Dunn Faulkner. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Johnnie Mitchell Faulkner of Mulberry; three
daughters, Mrs. Ruth Davenport of Lebanon, Mrs. Betty Jo Spann of Huntsville, and
Mrs. Fay Timberman of Mulberry; a son, Walter Mitchell Faulkner of Nashville; seven
grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
