Wife of Cleo Raymond Gillman
Carol Allred Gillman, 97, of Ogden, formerly of Orem passed away January 4, 2008. Carol was born November 12, 1910 to Albert Marion Allred and Martha Morna Black. Carol married Cleo Raymond Gillman, June 16, 1930 who preceded her in death on May 5, 2005. Carol was born and grew up in Spring City, but finished her high school at Granite High. Carol and Raymond were the parents of three sons, Bud (Sherill) American Fork; Larry, who preceded her in death on October 31, 2005, (Louise), Odgen; Dennis (Peggy) Fort Mohave, AZ; ten grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Carol was very talented and loved to play her violin and piano, she taught organ lessons throughout Utah County. She loved to sew, knit, paint and had many talents including the love and care of her home and garden.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, January 7, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Orem City Cemetery. A viewing will be held on Monday at 1:00 p.m. in the Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.olpinfamilymortuary.com
