Annie Dora, sometimes called Dora, is the daughter of Moses Jackson Imes and Mary Ellen Davis Imes. Annie (or Dora) was born in Winterset, Iowa. Annie was married to Bob Roberts and the 1900 census shows Annie and Robert Roberts living in either Rio Blanco or Meeker, Colorado. Annie was 38 years old at the time of the 1900 census and Bob was 50 years old. The census says that Bob was born in May, 1850 in Missouri and both of his parents were born in Kentucky. Their son, Forest Roberts, age 10, was born in Colorado. Bob was killed in a horse accident. Annie later married James O'Day in Washington state. Records show that Forest went by the last name of O'Day in later years and it appears that James O'Day adopted Forest, whether legally or not, is unknown at this time. Annie, James, and Forest lived in Arlington, WA. More research is being done on James O'Day at this time.
