Matt was baptized in August 2011 at Life Church. He loved going to the gym to work out and always enjoyed swimming. He also loved to hang out with his friends and go to the lake to wake board with his "brothers".
He is survived by his mother Regina Collins of Guthrie; his "adopted family" and mentors Charles and Diane Oliver of Edmond, OK; and his "adopted brothers" Nick Porter and his father Sam Porter, Michael Ekiss, Jason Seaton, Brody Jarnigan, Sean McAtee, Kyle Hamm, Kris King, and Darren Duehning. He is also survived by special friends Jill Warren and Alicia Hall.
Matt is preceded in death by his grandmother Mary Mayes.
