The following is a death announcement from the Christian Index October 1872 Little Annie-- Sweet Flower--Daughter of Rev. and Mrs. E.T.Winkler, of Marion, Alabama, was transplanted from the green earth to bloom in the fields of light above, on Sunday evening, the 13th, in the 5th year of her age. To the bereaved parents we tender our sympathies in this sad affliction. " The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away."
