Alta Faye Hart (1934 - 2012)

Alta Faye McDonald Hart, 77, loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012. Memorial service: 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel, 5725 Colleyville Blvd., with Rev. Nathan Tucker officiating. Inurnment: at a later date in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Memorials: Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation. parkinson.org.

Faye was a resident of Forest Hill for 45 years. She was born on May 11, 1934, in Brownwood. She graduated from high school in Mullin. A loving wife and mother, her greatest joy and privilege was being a grandmother. She was a homemaker, active member of PTA, member of Glen Garden Church of Christ and with her husband, Earl Hart, published the Forest Hill Weekly for seven years.

Faye was preceded in death by parents, Esther Boulter and James Donald McDonald; husband, Herbert Earl Hart; son, Brian K. Hart; siblings, Weita Mae McDonald Bryan, James Donald McDonald Jr.

Survivors: Daughters, Cindy and her husband, Ron Edington, and Melanie and her husband, Ron Granteer; grandchildren, Patrick, Lindsey, Collin, Miranda, Dylan, Emily, Erin and Quinton; and many nieces and nephews.
