Agnes Nelsie "Peg" Crane, 82, Martinsville, died at 10 p.m. April 2, 2005, at Bell Trace Health & Living Center in Bloomington.

The daughter of the late Charles and Elsie (Erton) Fleener, she was born Nov. 12, 1922. She was the widow of Clifford E. Crane, whom she married Jan. 17, 1942. He died Oct. 26, 1997.

Crane worked for RCA in Bloomington, and Twigg Corporation in Martinsville. She was also a homemaker.

She was a member of Liberty Christian Church and most recently attended River Valley Christian Church in Martinsville.

She enjoyed IU basketball and spending time with her family and many friends.

Survivors include a daughter, Pam Martin, Martinsville; two brothers, Kenny and Joe Fleener, both of Unionville; three grandchildren, Stephanie Elliott, Kera and Mike Martin Jr., and four great-grandchildren.

Four brothers, Ivan, Chuck, Harry and Bob Fleener, and two sisters, Louise Snoddy and Marie East, also preceded her in death.
