A SAD DEATH
Lavinie Johnson, the 16 year old daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Henry Johnson, who lives on Ophir Creek Rush Valley, took her own life last Saturday morning. The real cause for the rash act is not stated.
About 10 in the morning she took strychnine and a short time later was dead.
The remains were buried on Sunday, amid the sorrow of her Parents and all her relations and friends.
