Graveside services for Wilma "Jean" Adams will be held at Tecumseh Mission Cemetery on Friday at 1p.m.

Funeral arrangements are by Ford Funeral Service, Midwest City.

Wilma "Jean" Adams, passed away peacefully March 22, 2008 in Midwest City. Jean was born March 1, 1923 in Shawnee to William Alexander Adams and Grace Sanders Adams, both deceased, and was the youngest of four daughters.

She lived in Shawnee when she began her career with Schlumberger as an accounting manager. She was a member of Desk and Derrick and the Tri-County Bowling League.

In 1969, Jean moved to Midwest City where she resided until her death.

Her three sisters preceded her in death: Alma Taylor and Juanita Cash, of Shawnee and Geneva Martin of Ft Worth, Texas.

She was survived by Kenneth and Francine Taylor, of Seminole; Don and Mary Taylor and Harold Taylor of Kingston, and many others.

Jean will be remembered as a fun loving aunt and friend to many, especially her nieces and nephews, including Kim Cash of Oklahoma City, who cared for her during her last years; Hugh Cash of Stuart Fla., and Judith Cross of Ft Worth Texas.

Jean's love for travel kept her active before and after her retirement. Her love for animals left no stray cat hungry in her neighborhood.

We love and miss you Jean. You will always be in our hearts and memories.
