June M. McCart Jan. 5, 1929-Dec. 7, 2004 June M. McCART, 75, of 433 E. 18th St., Rochester, died at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday at Woodlawn Hospital, Rochester, where she had been a patient for one week. She was in failing health. Born Jan. 5, 1929, in Dyer, to Edwin and Bernice Hitzmner Helmer, she moved to Rochester from Hammond in 1965. On May 25, 1965, she married Robert H. McCart in Rochester. He died June 26, 1983. A member of the VFW Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary and Eagles Auxiliary, she retired from her accounting business in Rochester. Survivors include two daughters, Linda Tolle, Hammond, and Carol Phillips and husband Daniel, West Memphis, Ark.; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and her twin sister, Jean Wartsbaugh, Hammond. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and two brothers. A private graveside service will be Thursday at Fulton Cemetery. There will be no visitation or viewing as per her request. Good Family Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
