"Died, Roach - At Sweetwater (then Esmeralda County), September 30, 1901, Albert Roach, a native of Nevada, aged 29 years.
Albert Roach died suddenly at his home in Sweetwater, September 30. He had left the house in the morning to feed the chickens, and shortly after he was found in the granary dead. He was subject to epilepsy and it is thought that was the cause of his death. Deceased was a brother of William and Andrew Roach. He was born on Sweetwater about 29 years ago. The funeral took place at Bridgeport on Thursday and was attended by a large number of acquaintances."
