His three sons from his 2nd marriage are mentioned in his will, but not Joseph Gilmore Baker. He also commands in his will that his son, Jackson K (at his own expense), put up a headstone for him, as nearly matching as possible, to the one on the grave of his first wife, Maria Gilmore Baker.
