Minnie Alice Benton Chandler was born on May 13, 1917 in Portland, Oregon. She was the youngest child of Delbert Arthur (1875-1966) and Murney A. (Huntley) Benton (1879-1949). On August 30, 1936, she married the Reverand Glen Lloyd Chandler. To this union were born seven children, Jerry, Barb, Lee, Patricia, Ethel, Verna and Joel Chandler. She died on March 12, 1995 in Everett, Washington and is buried in the Woodlawn Cemetery, in Shohomish, Washington.
