Mrs. Laura J. Kopp, widow of Charles Kopp, formerly of Gist, died Tuesday, January 5, 1943, at her home. Raspeburg, Md. She was a daughter of the late William and Alice Jordan. Her late husband conducted a store at Gist. Surviving are three children. Mrs. Eva Rogers, Baltimore; Nellie, at home, and Tilden J., Raspeburg; a sister, Mrs. Mollie Hood, Glyndon; and three brothers, Frank and John Jordan of Hampstead, and Albert, near New Windsor. Services were conducted today at 2.30 P. M. in Mt. Pleasant church, Camber. The Rev. Noble Blackman officiated and burial was in the cemetery adjoining the church. C. M. Waltz, funeral director.
