"Evelyn E. Anderson, 85, a lifelong resident of Lakewood, died Tuesday at her granddaughter's home in Egg Harbor Township. She worked as a supervisor of Cottage Training at Arthur Brisbane Child Treatment Center until retiring. She was born in Caldedonia, NY.
She was predeceased by her husband, Archie, in 1977. Surviving are two sons and daughters in law, Peter and Shirley Darmohray of Biloxi, Miss., and David and Cindy Anderson of Brick; three daughters and sons in law, Patricia and Steve Ehrengruber of Port Orange, Fla., Debbie and Michael Penner of Toms River, and Nancy and Joe Davis of Maine; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. tomorrow at Wood Funeral Home, Tuckerton. Donations may be made to the Atlantic Cape Starfish Fund, 6725 Delilah Road, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234."
