James G. Titus, 51, Poolesville, died Monday at Suburban Hospital. He worked for the Montgomery County Board of Liquor Control.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Annie Titus, Poolesville, his wife, Elizbeth J. Titus, two daughters, Mrs. Joan Carroll, Tampa. Fla., and Mrs. Jane Warfield, Poolesville; sisters, Mrs. Lucille Mathews, Keymar; Mrs. Nellie Jarboe, Washington; Mrs. Anna Brooks and Mrs. Elizabeth Moore, Poolesville; Mrs Cindy Butler, Dickerson; Mrs. Elsie Ward, Silver Spring; three brothers, Norman Titus, Bethesda; Jack and Dave Titus, Poolesville; and three grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Hilton Funeral Home, Barnesville. Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Poolesville Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville.
