Earnest Culver, 87, of Etta, died April 2, 2006 at his home. He was the widower of Lucille Teasler. He was Pentecostal and a road maintenance worker with Marshall County.

Services were held at 2 p.m. on April 5 at Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Laws Hill.

He leaves two sons, George Culver, Billy Culver, both of Etta; two daughters, Susie Hicks of Sturgis, Emma Cundiff of Booneville, Ind.; a brother, Cleveland Culver of Waterford; two sisters, Annie Mae Feathers of Red Banks, Irene Nichols of New Albany; 14 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
