Charles H. Miller retired from Sinclair Oil and Gas Company in the Breckenridge, Texas area in 1959. He began working for Prairie Oil & Gas Company on 1 March 1929 as a clutch man at Seminole, Oklahoma. He held numerous jobs with the company, working in Oklahoma and Texas oil fields. He was transferred to Bairoil, Wyoming, and returned to the Breckenridge area in 1948. Mr. and Mrs. Miller lived 5-1/2 miles southwest of Eliasville on the A.A. Atkins Lease. Mr. Miller was a member of the Baptist Church.
