Born December 30, 1920 in Salem, ID to Hyrum Dille and Rachel Walker Dille. Paul Hyrum Dille passed away on May 16, 2007.

Paul was married to Dorothy F. Dittmer on November 24, 1941 in Salt Lake City and later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. Paul served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was employed in the trucking industry and was an avid Jazz and Ute fan.

Paul was preceded in death by his mother and father, brother, four sisters, one grandson, and one granddaughter. He is survived by Richard (Julie), Dorothy (John) Marchant Dennis, and Susan Green, twenty grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 21, 2007 in the Holladay Twenty-Sixth Ward Chapel, 4601 South 2565 East. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary 3401 South Highland Drive (100 East), and also one hour prior to the services on Monday at the church.
