Indiana Historical Society

At the wedding Hugh McKennan Landon escorts his daughters, Alice and Margaret to the altar in the gardens at Oldfields. The young women were married in a double wedding, Alice to David P. Sawyer and Margaret to John Delaplane. Oldfields became the Lilly house and gardens on the grounds of the Indianapolis Museum of Art. Taken in June 1920.
