Was united in marriage to Miriam Gilbert, Dec. 3, 1782. Was married to Anna Bliss, August 3, 1795. She was born Dec. 9, 1773, in Wilbreham, Mass. Her death occurred Dec. 6, 1863, aged 90 years. A daughter was born in 1799. A daughter Anna, son Onerimus and two other children were born to them. They moved to New York state at an early date.
