WARSAW Isham David Frederick, 95, of Warsaw, died Friday, September 10, 2004, at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton. A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Sunday at Pinecrest Cemetery in Warsaw.

Mr. Frederick is survived by sons, John Clayton Frederick, James Wade Frederick and wife Sylvia, Thomas Leroy Frederick and wife Janet all of Warsaw; daughters, Margaret Louise Cashwell and husband Bobby of Fayetteville, and Peggy Jean Westbrook and husband Julian of Warsaw; eleven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.

Mr. Frederick was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Louise Blanchard Frederick; and a son, William David Frederick.
