INDIANOLA – Funeral services for Billy Olen Allen Sr., 61, of Indianola will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Burton Funeral Home, Indianola.
He died Jan. 16, 2012, at North Sunflower Medical Center, Ruleville. Burial will be at Indianola City Cemetery, under the direction of Burton Funeral Home.
Mr. Allen was born Sept. 1, 1950 in Indianola to Olen and Bonnie Hudson Allen. He was a U.S. Marine veteran and was a member of the VFW.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Wayman Allen.
He is survived by his wife, Glenda Allen of Indianola; three daughters, Reva Bowen (Lee), Tonya Middleton (Ken) and Melanie Allen (T.J.); one son, Billy Olen Allen Jr. (Lisa); four brothers, Estel, Glenn, Donnie and Gary Allen; three sisters, Wanda, Brenda and Linda Allen; 14 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is Wednesday from 1 to 3 p.m. at Burton Funeral Home, Indianola.
