Nathan(1859-1939) was a son of Joseph E.Singletary & Sarah Ann Bryan. Joseph E. & Sarah A. Bryan Singletary are listed in the 1900 and 1910 Bladen Co. NC Census with their 9 children.

Joe Thomas Singletary married first to Callie King. She died shortly after they were married. They had no children. He married, secondly, to Ada Devane. They had 5 children.
