Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 22, 2012 at 2:00 PM in Bailey Funeral Home Chapel, Springhill, LA with Rev. Gladney Hunt officiating. Interment will follow in Cotton Valley Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home.

Visitation will begin Saturday at 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill, LA.
Mr. Watts was born June 12, 1935 to Henry Edward and Josey Della Huckaby Watts and passed away January 19, 2012 in Springhill, LA. He was a lifelong resident of this area, a retired tool pusher from Murco Oil Company, a former employee of Webster Parish Police Jury and served in the US Navy.

He is survived by his children, Elmer N. Watts, Jr. of Cotton Valley, LA, Randy Watts of Dallas, TX, Kenny Watts of Haynesville, LA; nine grandchildren and a sister, Betty Watts Wilks of Cullen, LA

Mr. Watts was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Nancy Duck Watts, May 16, 2011; son, Eddie Watts and brothers, J.E. Watts, John L. Watts and Lee Bradley Watts.
